How do I register with Pathos?

We ask everyone to send through their CV to recruit@pathos.solutions and within 24 hours a consultant will assess your skills and experience, should we believe we can assist you we will call you and arrange an appointment for you to come in our office and register as a candidate with us.

How long does registering take and what happens to my data as a candidate?

At Pathos, our specialised consultant will meet you for around 30 minutes to discuss your experience, skills and career aspirations. Should any suitable positions be available, the consultant will run this past you at this stage. While each recruitment firm is different, at Pathos, we treat our candidates’ data with respect. When we meet and register a candidate they are all required to sign a consent form which informs them of how the data will be used and details on our privacy policy. Thereafter, the data is shared by the candidate and we have their permission to share this with our client and we keep the candidate informed at all stages.

How long does it take to get a job offer after I have registered with you and how often should I stay in touch?

There is never a guarantee period on how long the job hunting and interview process will take. It will be dependent on many factors from the type of role you are looking for to the time of year. We welcome all our candidates to call and update us on their working situation especially if your circumstances change or if you would like to send us an updated CV.

Do you meet all your candidates and do you complete reference checks?

Absolutely Yes! In order to register with Pathos successfully, you must be met and interviewed by one of our consultants. This is to ensure the quality of each individual we represent. We only register candidates who we genuinely believe we can place with our clients, hence you will only ever meet the best talent for the job! Furthermore, we understand that the integrity of your employees is imperative, that’s why upon registering candidates we collect at least two references when they register with us, so you will be assured of their suitability for the role from the outset.
